Description
The objective of the challenge was to integrate third-party software specifically designed for the virtual development of passenger cars, and light vehicles into the AIC driving platform to carry out vehicle dynamic co-simulations. The project had 2 phases:
- Evaluation and selection of the software to be integrated according to its functions, presence in the market, advantages of integration…
- Integration of software into the AIC platform with Matlab & Simulink. Software of interest: Primary - ADAMS, AMESIM; Secondary: SolidWorks models, CarSim, dSPACE AMS, AVL ASM…
This challenge aimed to increase the work tools available to the facility to accelerate the entire vehicle system and component modelling process with flexible, reliable and pre-validated tools.
