Description
The project proposal will be based on the requirements specified for ASF (unitary traceability and self-regulation) and is structured in 3 phases. The first phase, the diagnosis of the situation, will be based on the analysis of the productive process using the methodology of methods and times adapted to a context of Industry 4.0. Using the data from this first phase, the second phase will begin, in which a series of improvement proposals will be collected, taking into account time and cost criteria and covering the productive, logistical and management activities. The third phase will be the implementation of the chosen solution as far as possible. The project will be developed by a student of the University Master's Degree in Automotive Design and Manufacturing at the University of Deusto, led by a professor in the area of industrial organisation.
